About Me

In November of 2014, I self-published my first novel, Behind the Mask on Amazon.com (Kindle edition).  Five months later, I released the paperback version.  Even to this day, I still find it hard to believe I actually wrote a book and put it out for the public to read.  Even crazier, I wrote a sequel to it, in much less time than it took me to complete the first (which is a kind of a running joke).  Thankfully, the readers who enjoyed the first, have stuck around, patiently I might add, to see what it’s in store for Remi and Liam.

I also blog The Delusional Novelist, but not as much as I’d like. For the past year, my main focus had been finishing up the sequel, among other things.  But I’m hoping to get back into doing that more, along with starting another novel.

I’m a wife and mom, who currently resides in New Jersey, that waited until the later part of my 30’s to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up.  An author.  After dabbling in soap opera fan fiction, and then a brief stint writing for an all-female sportswriters’ website, I began writing my first novel.  And though at first, I didn’t think it would ever be anything more than just an outlet for fun or just a hobby, the more I wrote, I realized that maybe it could become something bigger.

I enjoy writing and am fully aware I’m not writing Pulitzer winning stuff here, but what I hope that I accomplish is that the reader is entertained.
